Estimated Completion Date
The Amish Furniture House produces solid wood, handcrafted furniture and each piece is made to order. We will do everything we can to get your order in a timely manner, however, we do not rush the build and finish process. This assures that your furniture will be built with the highest possible craftsmanship available. The normal completion date before shipping runs around 10 – 12 weeks.
Payment Arrangements
50% of your order will be charged to your credit card upon checkout. The other 50% will be charged when your order has been picked up from the wood shop.
Color and Stain Variations
Amish Furniture House is not responsible for variations in wood color, stain color, cherry pits, sap, and wood grain. Wood is a natural product created by nature, the natural characteristics will not allow for a uniform product.
Guarantee Information
We have established a very personal relationship with our carefully selected woodshops, therefore, every piece of furniture we sell comes with a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Should you detect a defect, return the item to us and we will repair it at no charge other than the necessary shipping costs. However, before making the decision to ship the item back for repair, it may be more cost effective to contract with a local furniture repair shop that can do the repairs for you. Depending on the nature of the repair, we would be happy to discuss the possibility of shared costs associated with the repair of your furniture.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for any order delivered within Ohio & New York.

Please include your invoice number.
Pricing Policy
Despite our best efforts a small number of the items in our catalog may be mis-priced. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Amish-Furniture-House shall have the right to refuse or to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Amish-Furniture-House shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not an order confirmation has been sent and/or a payment has been made. If payment has been made we will refund the payment to you.
